Date: Friday 13th November 2015

Hosted by Loughborough Grammar School

On 13th November 2015 Loughborough Grammar School hosted a conference inviting local schools’ older students to a conference addressing key controversial issues of the Great War:

1. Did Britain have to enter World War I?

2. Haig: Has history been fair?

3. Was the Treaty of Versailles a failure?

With distinguished expert academics and historians to lead, we invited schools in the area to send student-delegates to what was be a fascinating and challenging experience.
