Charnwood Great War Centenary Project wishes to engage the local community and other organisations in rediscovering the lives of those who lived – and died – during the Great War through the stories of the fallen, community history, events, exhibitions, concerts, talks, film and a book.

The inspiration was to see how the war memorials of All Saints and of Holy Trinity churches, kept at All Saints Parish Church Loughborough, could be better displayed.  We will reposition them during this centenary of the Great War.  This project is supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
